Sponsorship Programs for Any Business

Texas Authors Institute of History is the first museum of its kind in the country. Our goal is simple, to help save the rich history of Texas Authors and their books. While creating writing programs and events that help ensure future Texans the opportunities to create wonderful works of art. As a 501.c.3 non-profit, we count on the public’s support to accomplish our goals.

Since 2015 with the assistance of our sister organizations: Authors Marketing International, LLC, and DEAR Texas, Inc., we continue to add to our physical collection and increase our web presence by adding authors and their books to our ever-growing list.

There are estimates that Texas Authors has produced up to 1,000,000 books over the past two hundred years. Building a facility to house those books and to promote literacy through writing is an endeavor we look forward to accomplishing. Your support is greatly appreciated.

To ensure that we accomplish these goals, we offer event sponsorships on many levels. These sponsorships help us cover the expense of putting on an event and assist in the success and make it fun for those who attend. Your Corporate participation is not only greatly appreciated, but necessary to help improve the reading and writing of ALL Texans.

Your participation will clearly show your enthusiasm for reading literacy and help identify your corporate/personal brand as a literary arts supporter. We will do everything possible to alert attendees and state representatives of your stance on supporting Texas writers.

All sponsorships are valid for a one-year period, from the date of sponsorship payment.

Local Sponsorships

All Sponsors receive placement on the event website page, along with a brief ‘info’ statement and link to their company webpage. All sponsors are listed on the event banner.

$500 – Reading Partner (Unlimited)

Name and logo on the website, with a brief description of services and contact information listed. The logo will be printed on all event material at the bottom of the sponsorship list.

$1,000 – Fanatic Reader (12 Available)

The above items included PLUS Logo is placed above the Reading Partner level and slightly larger.

$2,500 – Book Nerd (4 Available)

The above items are included, with the logo placed above the Fanatic Reader level slightly larger. The sponsor is also given the option to be listed as a major sponsor of the event, announced during special programs. If additional tickets are required to attend, this sponsor receives 2 complimentary tickets.

 State-Wide Sponsorships:

All sponsors are listed on all events created by the Texas Authors Institute of History, Inc. Each sponsor is given a table/booth for their use. Each sponsor is listed on all banners promoting the organization and the sponsored event.

$10,000 – Jr. Super Reader (2 Available)

The above items included, with the logo placed above the Book Nerd level slightly larger. The sponsor is also given the option to be listed as a major sponsor of one event produced by Texas Authors Institute of History, Inc. The sponsor is given the option to be listed as a major sponsor of the event, announced during special programs. If additional tickets are required to attend, this sponsor receives4 complimentary tickets.

$25,000 – Super Reader (1 Available)

The above items are included, with the logo placed at the very top of the sponsor's list, as the largest logo. The sponsor is also given the option to be listed as a major sponsor of two events produced by Texas Authors Institute of History, Inc. Sponsor is also announced during special programs. If additional tickets are required to attend, this sponsor receives 8 complimentary tickets.
