Denise Montgomery is an author, public speaker, and educator. She published her first novel, The Blessing in 2013. In the summer of 2015, she published The Setup. She is also the author of a children's book, Farmer Brown and Lady Madelyn, the Children's Story.

Denise has been an educator for 20 years. She is a native of Texas. She enjoys working in her community to help alleviate the problem of homelessness and domestic violence.

In her free time, she enjoys cooking and outdoor activities.
